Your new role Our client is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing Cost Consultancy team in Warrington. Responsibilities will include:

Manage quantity surveying activities across 3-4 projects simultaneously.

Provide expert commercial and financial advice throughout the project lifecycle.

Offer procurement and contract advice, preparing documentation as required.

Maximise value recovery, control project costs, and manage cash flow effectively.

Commercially manage control packages on projects.

Protect the company's contractual position and ensure compliance.

Prepare and agree project accounts, including final accounts.
