Salary: Up to £80,000

A leading multi-disciplinary construction consultancy with offices across the UK is seeking a talented Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Central London team.

The Role

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will:

Prepare cost estimates and budgets Manage cost control from inception to completion Provide regular financial reporting to clients Work on diverse projects across public and private sectors

Requirements

To succeed as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will need:

At least 3 years’ experience in a Senior Quantity Surveyor role within the UK Strong client-facing and communication skills Proven ability to manage multiple projects A proactive, resilient, and detail-oriented approach MRICS but not essential
