Senior Quantity Surveyor\n Construction Consultancy | London | Mixed Sectors\n\nAn established London-based construction consultancy is looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor as part of its continued growth across multiple sector projects.\n\nThe business works closely with developers, investors, and design teams, providing practical, considered commercial advice from early feasibility through to project completion. The focus is on quality of service, continuity of teams, and long-term client relationships, rather than volume delivery.\n\nThe role\n\nDeliver full pre- and post-contract Quantity Surveying services\nManage projects from early cost advice through procurement and final account\nPrepare cost plans, tender documentation, and contract administration\nProvide clear commercial advice to clients and project teams\nSupport junior surveyors and contribute to team development\n Projects\n\nHigh-quality residential developments\nCommercial and mixed-use schemes\nLondon-based projects with repeat clients\n About you\n\nConsultancy / PQS background\nExperience operating at Senior Quantity Surveyor level\nStrong understanding of cost management across residential and/or commercial sectors\nConfident communicating with clients and wider consultant teams\nMRICS or working towards \n The consultancy\n\nIndependent, well-established London practice\nStable workload with a strong pipeline of secured work\nCollaborative working environment with sensible project allocation\nClear progression based on performance and contribution\n Package\n\nCompetitive salary\nHybrid working\nSupport with professional development\nLong-term career opportunity within a growing consultancy\n Location: London\n Applications are treated confidentially.\n\nGet in touch with Andreea Huson at Aldwych for more information.\n\nAldwych Consulting values and promotes equality.
