Required Experience & Background

* Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within a cost consultancy environment.

* Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) – essential.

* Strong track record delivering projects in sectors such as commercial, residential, mixed-use or infrastructure.

* Confident operating in a client-facing role with responsibility for project delivery and commercial outcomes.

* Solid understanding of JCT and NEC forms of contract.
