Required Experience & Background
* Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within a cost consultancy environment.
* Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) – essential.
* Strong track record delivering projects in sectors such as commercial, residential, mixed-use or infrastructure.
* Confident operating in a client-facing role with responsibility for project delivery and commercial outcomes.
* Solid understanding of JCT and NEC forms of contract.
Skills & Attributes
* Strong commercial judgement and analytical capability.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence clients and stakeholders.
* Detail-oriented, organised and capable of managing multiple projects concurrently.
* Collaborative mindset, comfortable working within international consultancy structures.
* Ambitious and motivated to progress within a growing global business
