Role: Senior Quantity Surveyor Location: Caribbean Sector: Construction Luxury Hospitality Remuneration: US$110k-$130k (Tax Free) + Accommodation Allowance + Healthcare + Pension + Relocation + Local Benefits.
My client is embarking on a substantial renovation programme of works within a luxury hotel property and are looking to bring in an experienced Quantity Surveyor from a Main Contractor background. The renovation programme is around 3yrs in duration and is in excess of US$100m+. Working within an existing construction team, you will be involved in self-delivery projects where individual projects could vary from US$1m to upwards of $30m.
To be considered, you will have/be: Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying. A solid background within a UK or Caribbean Tier One/Tier Two main contracting environment.
