Well established Developer is seeking a detailed oriented Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team. The successful candidate will play a major role in the cost management and financial control of construction projects from inception to completion, centred around the luxury residential market place. These projects can range from US$6m-35m for single family residential builds. You will be required to work closely with contractors, architects and builders to develop cost-effective solutions that uphold the highest quality standards. This role requires a balance of office-based work and on-site presence to ensure accurate project costing and efficient progress tracking.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documentation Evaluate and manage project budgets and financial forecasts
