What You'll Do Lead, support and inspire our Clinical Team, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic care. Provide clinical supervision and guidance, helping others develop and shine. Hold a small caseload, delivering trauma-informed therapy and specialist interventions. Shape and deliver training that builds confidence, skill and understanding across our teams.
