Are you passionate about helping children and young people heal, grow and thrive? We're looking for a Senior Psychotherapist to join our growing Clinical Team and play a key role in delivering life-changing therapeutic support within our residential services.
What You'll Do
  • Lead, support and inspire our Clinical Team, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic care.
  • Provide clinical supervision and guidance, helping others develop and shine.
  • Hold a small caseload, delivering trauma-informed therapy and specialist interventions.
  • Shape and deliver training that builds confidence, skill and understanding across our teams.
  • Engage in reflective practice and contribute to continual service improvement.

What We're Looking For
Experience: 5+ years working with children and young people, ideally those who are looked-after. Strong grounding in trauma-informed approaches.
Skills: Excellent safeguarding knowledge, confident in risk assessment, and well-versed in therapeutic frameworks. Clear communicator and able to work flexibly.
Qualifications: Masters-level therapy qualification and registration with BACP / UKCP / HCPC.
