Job Description The Senior Property Manager is responsible for the day‑to‑day management of a portfolio of developments in and around the Bristol area. Key responsibilities and tasks include:
Carry out development inspections as necessary to ensure the company's responsibilities are met. Proactively communicate with customers regarding the management of their development, ensuring communication strategies are achieved and reviewed regularly. Manage the relationship with the customer, responding to queries, building positive relationships with stakeholders, reporting to clients regularly and attending meetings with customers and clients as required. Work with customer‑formed groups such as RAs, RMCs, RTM, etc. Ensure customer complaints are resolved effectively and in a timely manner. Liaise with the Accounts department to ensure accurate financial management of the development. Source, appoint and manage competent trade persons to undertake works across the portfolio. Ensure all works undertaken by contractors are of suitable quality and cost‑effective. Ensure all Health & Safety and industry legislation is adhered to.
Qualifications and Skills
At least 3 years of experience in the residential property management sector. Ideally ATPI qualified. Proven track record in customer service with excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate well with individuals at all levels. Must have a full UK driving licence. Must have intermediate computer skills in Microsoft packages. Previous experience of contract management. Client focused, organised, self‑motivated, with the ability to use one's own initiative and work to tight deadlines. Attention to detail, whilst having the ability to keep perspective and make informed decisions.
