We’re seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Property Manager to join our Bristol office. You’ll be a main point of contact for landlords and tenants, overseeing maintenance, legal compliance, tenancy progression, and much more. £27500 per year basic salary Additional £4140 earnings expected through uncapped commission (£31640 OTE) Company Car Full-time working hours: 08:30-18:00 (weekdays) and 09:00-17:00 (one in every four Saturday’s, with a day-in-lieu)

What you’ll be doing as a Senior Property Manager at haart Estate Agents in Bristol:
Booking and conducting property inspections Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals Co‑ordinating with contractors, to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties Deposit returns Resolving rental arrears Processing eviction requests Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants Managing complaints Completing all check‑in and check‑out procedures, inc. full inventory reports
The skills and abilities you will need to be a Senior Property Manager at haart Estate Agents in Bristol:
Minimum 3+ years' previous experience in a Property Manager role Good telephone manner
Driving Requirements:
You must hold a valid Full UK Driving Licence for a manual car. We are unable to accept automatic‑only licences at this time.
