Role Profile – Senior Project Manager

The Role A Senior Project Manager is a key member of a mixed-use developer or regeneration specialist's team, taking full ownership of the delivery of projects and reporting directly to a Project Director. This role is exciting, rewarding and challenging. The successful candidate will be dynamic, intelligent, driven, and passionate about creating high-quality, sustainable places. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are essential. The Senior Project Manager will work closely with the Project Director, Development Managers/Directors, and Sales/Residential Teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects and the continued growth of the business across the region. Experience in delivering multi-phase, mixed-use regeneration schemes is required, alongside the personal qualities outlined below.
