Propsource Consulting is working with a well-known, global multidisciplinary consultancy that is currently seeking a Project Manager/Senior Project Manager or Associate Project Manager to join their team in their Manchester office.

Working within their Project & Development Services team, you’ll partner closely with directors and other team members to provide professional advice to clients across a diverse range of private sector residential and commercial projects.

As a Project Manager you will lead on the following: Managing construction projects from inception, including development planning, budgeting and contractor procurement, through to completion of the construction phase Overseeing day-to-day delivery, acting as the key point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors Managing tasks and deliverables alongside the client and wider project teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of the projects Assist in managing the project team and relevant stakeholders to achieve strategic key performance indicators (KPIs) Ensuring the project complies with applicable statutory and regulatory legislation Health & Safety compliance Risk management Ensuring projects are delivered to agreed quality standards, with a strong focus on client satisfaction
