Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Project Manager, you will:

Deliver Excellence:Oversee programs and activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while managing resources effectively. Strategize and Budget:Schedule resource assignments and determine budgets, forecasts, and operating plans to guarantee seamless service delivery. Communicate Transparently:Provide timely and accurate reporting on program status, analyze risks, and maintain effective communication with key stakeholders. Enhance Operations:Implement operational procedures to drive productivity, quality, and customer service standards, continually seeking improvement opportunities. Drive Change:Lead iterative improvements by evaluating program strengths and addressing areas for growth through collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
What You Bring:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
Extensive experience in Agile project management practices and a proven track record in leading transformational change. Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with a keen attention to detail. Proficiency in the MS Office suite and project management software. The ability to influence decisions and drive change while building and maintaining strong internal and external relationships. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a customer-oriented mindset.
