Senior Project Manager – Healthcare Fit-Out

Central London | £110k + Package + Bonus

A leading Tier 1 contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a flagship private healthcare development delivering a £70m internal fit-out for an internationally recognised healthcare client.

This is a high-profile, technically complex project involving a full internal fit-out across seven storeys, including specialist medical installations and a substantial £30m MEP package. Pre-construction is complete, and the role is focused purely on delivery.

The Project

£70m internal fit-out across 7 storeys

Private hospital development for international client

£30m MEP package with heavy coordination requirements

Specialist installations including MRI suite and LINAC bunker

Enabling works already completed (£6m)

Main works commencing early July

Fast-paced delivery programme

The Role

Senior Project Manager responsible for delivery of major workstreams

Reporting into the Project Director

Managing Project Managers, Site Managers and trade contractors

Driving programme, quality and technical delivery

Leading coordination across MEP, fit-out and specialist equipment

Working closely with client and consultant team

Delivery-focused role (no PCSA or pre-con involvement)

Requirements

Proven experience as Senior Project Manager on large fit-out projects

Healthcare project experience strongly preferred

Strong MEP coordination background

Experience managing complex stakeholder environments

Track record delivering fast-paced programmes

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Package

Salary: £110,000 (negotiable depending on experience)
