Senior Project Manager – Digital Transformation

Manchester | £60,000 – £75,000 + Benefits | Hybrid (2-3 days onsite)

Are you a seasoned Project Manager who thrives on driving impactful digital change? Our client, a fast-growing technology consultancy, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex digital transformation programmes across major enterprise clients in the North West.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of end-to-end project delivery—defining scope, managing stakeholders, controlling budgets, and ensuring seamless execution across multi-disciplinary teams. This is a senior client-facing role where you’ll play a critical part in shaping technology solutions that modernise business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of large-scale digital transformation and technology change programmes. Manage project governance, risks, and budgets in line with PMO standards. Collaborate with senior stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment between business goals and delivery outcomes. Drive continuous improvement across delivery frameworks and agile practices. Contribute to business development activities, proposals, and client engagement initiatives.

About You

Proven track record delivering complex transformation initiatives within technology or consultancy environments. Strong proficiency with agile and hybrid delivery methodologies. Excellent stakeholder management skills—comfortable operating at C-suite and programme board level. Experience managing multiple workstreams and vendors concurrently. Professional qualifications such as Prince2, APM, SAFe, or PMP are highly desirable.
