Job Description
MEICA Manager / Lead – United Utilities Framework
We’re looking for an experienced MEICA Manager / Lead to oversee the delivery of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and control works across a major water infrastructure framework.
You’ll lead projects from design through to commissioning, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery across multiple schemes.
What you’ll be doing
Leading MEICA delivery across multiple infrastructure projects Driving practical, buildable, and cost-effective design solutions Managing interfaces across civil, design, and delivery teams Overseeing programme, cost, and quality performance Supporting procurement and supply chain delivery Promoting strong health, safety, and quality standards
What we’re looking for
Proven experience in a MEICA Project Manager / Lead role Strong technical knowledge across M&E and control systems Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders Commercial awareness and problem-solving mindset
Desirable: Degree/HNC, APM, SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS
