Senior Product Marketing Manager

New Today

Founding PMM | London | Hybrid (2 days in office) | £80,000 – £90,000 I'm genuinely excited to be working on this one. I'm working exclusively with one of the most exciting B2B SaaS scale-ups in enterprise finance right now. They've raised over £100m in Series B funding. They're profitable, which is rare at this stage. They're growing at close to 100% year-on-year, with 115% net revenue retention and a sales team that keeps expanding to meet demand. The product genuinely works it uses AI and machine learning to help the world's largest companies stop losing money and they've got strong product-market fit across their current range. And product marketing has never had a proper home here. That changes now. The opportunity This is a founding PMM hire. You will be the first dedicated Senior Product Marketing Manager the business has ever had. There's a junior PMM already in seat, but there are no foundations, no messaging framework, no structured launch process, no enablement infrastructure. It's a blank page and that's the point. Your brief has two clear phases. Phase one is about building. Come in, understand the customers and the market, and establish the PMM function from the ground up. Messaging house. Positioning per ICP. A tiered launch process. Sales collateral that actually gets used. Enablement that sticks. Cross-functional relationships that mean something. This company has a growing sales team that needs better, more consistent materials and the credibility to trust the process behind them. Phase two is the big one. The business is preparing to launch the most significant product in its history targeting a greenfield enterprise market. You'll own the GTM strategy for that launch end to end. New buyers. A different motion. Real complexity. Real stakes. What this role is not It is not a content production role. It is not a strategy-only role where someone else does the execution. It is not a role where you hand a brief to a team of five. It is also not a role where you measure success in decks delivered and pages published. This business is commercially rigorous, and this role is expected to be too. You will track and own metrics that matter: pipeline velocity, average deal value, win rates, sales cycle length, feature adoption, NRR. You'll be expected to connect your work directly to revenue outcomes and to have an opinion on how PMM is influencing each of those numbers. If that framing feels unfamiliar or uncomfortable, this probably isn't the right fit. If it's the only way you know how to work read on. What you need to have done You must have founding PMM experience. We mean: you have been the person who built it. You installed the frameworks. You created the process. You brought structure where there wasn't any. You did it while also doing the work writing the messaging, building the collateral, running the training sessions. Without that experience, this role will be very hard. We say that with respect it's a specific kind of difficult, and it's not for everyone at every stage. If you've done it before and you're looking for a business where the mandate is real and the growth is genuine, this is worth a conversation.
Beyond that: strong enterprise B2B SaaS background. Commercially minded. Hands‑on writer and storyteller. Confident working across Sales, Product, and Marketing at senior level. AI‑literate and using it meaningfully, not just as a talking point. Fintech experience is a bonus, not a requirement.
The package £80,000 – £90,000 base. There is genuine flex for the right person. Two days a week in a great office. Strong benefits package. A business with real momentum, a clear product roadmap, and leadership that understands what good PMM looks like and is ready to back it. If this sounds like you With a note on your founding PMM experience and where you're at. No need for a formal cover letter. I just want to understand what you've built and how. #J-18808-Ljbffr
