Kodesage is an AI-powered platform that captures and structures knowledge locked inside legacy systems - including codebases, documentation, and support tickets - and makes it accessible across engineering, QA, and production teams. Deployed on-premise first, it works even in air-gapped environments, making it a natural fit for industries where compliance and security are non-negotiable. Kodesage accelerates software modernization by giving teams the system understanding they need to move fast without breaking things. It also drives production support efficiency by shortening issue resolution cycles and enabling test automation, while reducing dependency on retiring experts or external vendors. Our team is distributed across multiple locations in Europe, and we are now looking to expand our presence in London. About the Role We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager who thrives in a startup environment and enjoys working across strategy, storytelling, and execution. This role goes beyond traditional product marketing. In addition to positioning, messaging, and sales enablement, you will help shape how Kodesage communicates its story to the market - through content, social media, events, and thought leadership. You will work closely with the VP of Marketing and company founders, contributing to how we position our platform in a fast-moving AI market. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, taking ownership of projects, and building marketing foundations in a growing AI startup. Responsibilities Product Marketing
Develop and refine product positioning and messaging Define target personas and value propositions Support pricing and packaging discussions Create sales enablement materials including decks, battlecards, and product narratives Work closely with sales to ensure messaging resonates with enterprise buyers
Content & Thought Leadership
Help create thought leadership content that combines industry insight with product narrative Write or collaborate on blog posts, articles, and LinkedIn content Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value
Social Media & Market Presence
Help shape and amplify the Kodesage story on LinkedIn Support founders and leadership in building their market voice
Events & Webinars
Help develop materials for conferences and trade shows Support preparation of talks, demos, and presentations Participate in or host webinars and industry discussions when relevant
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, founders, product and engineering teams Support go-to-market initiatives and campaigns Help ensure consistent messaging across marketing and sales
Who You Are You are someone who enjoys building things from the ground up and thrives in environments where priorities evolve quickly. You are:
A self-starter who is comfortable working with unstructured problems Curious and eager to deeply understand complex technologies Comfortable juggling multiple initiatives simultaneously Excited about working in the fast-moving AI ecosystem 5+ years experience in product marketing or a similar role Experience working in B2B technology companies Strong writing and storytelling abilities Experience supporting sales enablement and go-to-market efforts
