Senior Product Manager – New B2B SaaS We’re revolutionising how estate agents grow their businesses by combining data, technology, and human insight. Having already transformed the way homeowners find agents, we are now launching a brand-new B2B SaaS product dedicated to helping our partner agents grow their business. As we venture into this new territory, we’re looking for a Senior Product Manager who can own the complex zero-to-one journey of this product end-to-end. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced, scale-up environments where speed, autonomy, and the ability to create clarity out of marketplace ambiguity matter most. Overview Your work will focus on defining and validating a new suite of tools designed to help agents win. We are clear on the desired outcome, but the path to get there is yours to build and own. You will focus on three high-impact strategic themes:
Audience Reach: Helping agents identify and engage with the right audiences at the right time. Lead Conversion: Developing engagement tools and seamless workflows that turn interest into action. Data-Driven Performance: Leveraging hyper-local insights and performance data to help agents improve their ROI and showcase their unique expertise.
What You’ll Do Understand users deeply
Run research, interviews, and prototypes with agents to identify the "jobs to be done". Map full agent journeys to identify exactly where friction causes them to lose momentum or miss opportunities.
Lead product strategy & roadmaps
Own the 0→1 strategy, turning vision into a series of real product bets and actionable plans. Align commercial and technical teams to ensure we are building toward a product-market fit.
Execute fast & deliver impact
Ship features rapidly, breaking complex SaaS concepts into tightly scoped, testable slices. Quickly deliver features by deconstructing intricate SaaS concepts into clearly defined, testable components. Maintain high momentum by owning the full cycle: discovery → scoping → delivery → iteration.
Use data & experimentation
Run frequent pilots and prototypes to validate that our tools are "moving the needle" for agent growth. Apply high funnel/data literacy to track early signs of product adoption and success.
Success Looks Like
Early signs of product-market fit: A product agents actively use to grow their business. Clear direction: A well-defined roadmap that articulates user segments and value propositions. Rapid validation: Delivering high-quality experiments per quarter to find what works. High Agency: Moving the needle from "ambiguity" to "shipped features" with minimal hand-holding.
What We’re Looking For
Strong 0→1 experience: Proven success in taking a product from concept to market. Solid PM background: Significant experience shipping end-to-end products in a start-up/scale-up environment. Execution bias: You are a proactive problem-solver who thrives with autonomy and high-quality delivery. Commercially minded: You understand how products drive business growth and can partner closely with commercial teams. Technical & Analytical: Comfortable partnering with engineering and skilled in data literacy. Nice to have: Experience in PropTech/estate agency or a background in strategy/consulting could be useful.
What’s in it for you
