Voice → Action: turning spoken insights directly into tasks, updates, and decisions Voice → Memory: converting calls and meetings into structured knowledge objects Voice → Reach: allowing the product to be used seamlessly across calls, shop floors, vehicles, and live environments
As the Senior Product Manager for Voice, you will define how voice integrates into real-time AI agent workflows, knowledge systems, and a rapidly evolving enterprise automation platform. What You’ll Lead
Lead voice strategy across internal and customer-facing workflows Conduct market and competitive intelligence across: Industry verticals (e-commerce, fintech, telco, logistics, SaaS, etc.) Product verticals (support, sales, onboarding, internal ops) Regional factors (ASR quality, regulatory nuances, telephony norms across NA/EU/APAC) Identify the fastest paths to adoption and ROI Design seamless transitions between voice interactions, AI agent responses, and human intervention Safe, reversible actions Clear escalation thresholds Preservation of real-time context Full auditability within the platform
Go-to-Market Partnership
Partner closely with Sales, Solutions, and Customer Success to: Identify where voice creates the highest commercial leverage Shape demos, narratives, and customer value cases Support PoCs with measurable, trackable outcomes Influence packaging, pricing, and launch readiness Roadmap Ownership & Technical Depth
Own the end-to-end roadmap for voice: capture, interpretation, and action layers Work with engineering to build reusable components and infrastructure Ensure voice becomes a first-class surface within the product, fully integrated into its knowledge and agent layers
Metrics & Measurement Define and track success metrics such as:
Quality: accuracy, latency, safety, action correctness Outcomes: automation impact, time saved, adoption growth Experience: continuity of handoff flows, user satisfaction
What Success Looks Like
Voice capabilities adopted across key workflows and customer segments Significant uplift in platform usage through voice-first capture and actions Meaningful reduction in manual conversational follow-up or data entry
What We’re Looking For Must-Haves
5–8+ years PM experience in AI, SaaS, or highly technical product environments Hands‑on experience with voice, ASR, NLU, or conversational AI Strong cross‑functional execution across engineering and GTM teams Exceptional skills in product discovery, customer engagement, and writing clear product specs
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with telephony or CCaaS ecosystems Background in LLMs, agentic workflows, or real‑time systems
