Within Home & Personal Care, we operate brands including Remington, Russell Hobbs, George Foreman and PowerXL spanning across multiple consumer categories.We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Performance Marketing to own, execute, and relentlessly optimise multi-million-pound Amazon advertising budgets across the UK and EU. This role is for someone who understands algorithms, thrives in data, and is comfortable being deep in accounts every day - not just setting strategy, but delivering results.You will be the Amazon advertising expert, working closely with Sales, Account Management, Content, and Creative teams to drive incremental revenue growth, brand visibility, and best-in‑class TACOS performance across multiple Amazon marketplaces.The RoleThis is a hands‑on, highly commercial role for a Performance Marketing leader who lives and breathes Amazon advertising.As Senior Manager, Performance Marketing, you will:Develop, execute, and manage full‑funnel Amazon advertising campaigns across multiple UK & EU Amazon accountsOwn hands‑on execution across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSPActively manage and optimise multi‑million‑pound budgets, ensuring spend efficiency and delivery of TACOS targetsLeverage advanced marketing platforms such as Pacvue, Teikametrics, Perpetua (or similar) to drive performanceAnalyse performance at keyword, ASIN, campaign, and portfolio level - and take decisive, data‑led actionPartner with Content teams on SEO and keyword strategy, ensuring paid and organic alignmentCollaborate with Creative teams to develop compelling, performance‑driven ad creativesWork cross‑functionally with Sales, Inventory, and Account teams to align forecasting, availability, and media strategyProvide clear, actionable reporting and insights to senior stakeholdersStay ahead of Amazon algorithm changes, platform developments, and emerging ad opportunitiesAbou YouSuitable candidates must have:5+ years’ proven experience managing Amazon advertising at scale5+ years’ hands‑on experience using platforms such as Pacvue, Teikametrics, Perpetua (or equivalent)Demonstrated ownership of multi‑million‑pound performance marketing budgetsDeep understanding of Amazon algorithms, auction dynamics, and full‑funnel performance marketingBachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related disciplineHighly analytical and commercially minded, with strong financial acumenTrack record of driving growth and efficiency for large, high‑profile, high‑volume businessesAdvanced Excel and strong experience with BI tools and data analyticsConfident influencing multiple stakeholders across functionsStrong project management skills, able to prioritise and manage multiple workstreamsYou will be a results‑driven leader with strong accountability and a relentless focus on performance. Highly analytical, able to interpret complex data to identify root causes and opportunities. Works collaboratively across teams to build alignment and momentum, while confidently challenging the status quo to drive more effective solutions.
