Overseeing the end-to-end operation ensuring on-time product delivery and continuous improvement across a variety of shifts. Set and manage KPIs, goals, and performance expectations for Production and Shift Managers. Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and other performance tools. Oversee strategic planning, including labour forecasting and peak season preparation. Collaborate with HR, Facilities, Safety, IT, and Operations to support initiatives. Ensure compliance, monitor staff performance, and manage hiring, training, anddevelopment. Lead cross-site coordination to optimise labour and product movement.
