Overseeing the end-to-end operation ensuring on-time product delivery and continuous improvement across a variety of shifts. Excellent Benefits: * Healthcare * Bonus * Life Assurance * Enhanced holiday entitlement Key Responsibilities: * Lead lean, high-performing production teams with a strong, inclusive culture. * Set and manage KPIs, goals, and performance expectations for Production and Shift Managers. * Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and other performance tools. * Oversee strategic planning, including labour forecasting and peak season preparation. * Collaborate with HR, Facilities, Safety, IT, and Operations to support initiatives. * Ensure compliance, monitor staff performance, and manage hiring, training, and development. * Lead cross-site coordination to optimise labour and product movement.
