A global leader in innovative interface hardware is seeking a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join its innovative team. As Senior Mechanical Design Engineer responsibilities will include:
Designing, developing, and testing electro-mechanical products.
Producing specifications, reports, and detailed drawings (BS 8888).
Creating 3D designs in SolidWorks and leading design reviews.
Supporting fault analysis, verification testing, and production improvements.
Mentoring junior engineers and managing design changes.
Key skills needed for the Senior Mechanical Design Engineer:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Proven mechanical design experience.
Proficient in SolidWorks and Microsoft Office.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (injection moulding, CNC milling).
Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively.
