Senior Mechanical Design Engineer - London - Hybrid / On Site \n\nHere at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join a leading mechanical and electrical contractor in a long-term contract position. As the successful candidate you will be required to work on a hybrid basis (3 days a week) on site in Central London. This is a great opportunity to work on a range of residential projects, with an experienced and motivating team.\n\n-Competitive daily rate of £400-£450 (depending on experience) Outside IR35\n\nKey responsibilities:\n\n-Lead mechanical design on projects of all sizes, ensuring excellent client service\n\n-Ensure quality control across mechanical engineering projects company-wide\n\n-Manage project budgets and cost control\n\n-Oversee project and cross-functional teams\n\n-Attend client/project sites for meetings, surveys, and training\n\nWhat we are looking for: \n\n-Must have experience in Stage 5 Design in a Senior role\n\n-Have a relevant degree or equivalent for a career in building services engineering\n\n-Must have experience using software tools such as Revit and ideally have exposure to MagiCAD\n\n-Excellent communication skills\n\n-Hold recognised qualifications in Mechanical services design
