Location: Leeds - Hybrid Contract Duration: 12 months Rate: Outside IR35 | DOE Hours: 37.5 per week Start Date: ASAP
About the Company:
A well-regarded Building Services Consultancy, is actively delivering several complex residential projects and is seeking an experienced Senior or Principal Mechanical Engineer to join their team on a long-term contract.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a Senior or Principal Mechanical Engineer within Building Services
Strong knowledge of British Standards (essential)
Ability to lead and manage your own projects independently
Proficiency in commonly used Mechanical Building services software (flexibility with tools accepted)
