Role Overview – Senior Manufacturing Engineer Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join their precision engineering team. This role provides end-to-end manufacturing process support, from initial design and 3D modelling through to process planning, document control, and CNC programming for the shopfloor. You will play a key role in introducing new and existing products into full-scale production, applying lean manufacturing principles to deliver efficient, cost-effective solutions. Working closely with production, quality, and project teams, you’ll ensure components are delivered on time and within budget while driving continuous improvement across machining processes.

Key Responsibilities – Senior Manufacturing Engineer Plan and design manufacturing processes from concept to completion, focusing on waste reduction and efficiency.
