About your team The UK Wholesale Marketing team is responsible for communicating the extensive range of Fidelity's investment capabilities and solutions to UK advisers, insurance companies, direct‑to‑consumer platforms, banks, and wealth managers. In close collaboration with our sales and investment colleagues, the marketing team designs media campaigns, provides detailed product information, develops market insights, and brings investments to life through educational content. Our goal is to communicate a clear and compelling narrative, utilising the most effective and suitable marketing mediums and channels.ResponsibilitiesDevelopment and ownership of campaign plans to ensure the timely delivery of relevant and engaging marketing messages to agreed budget.Act as a key marketing contact with strategic partner firms and manage day‑to‑day contact as requiredSupport the development of high‑impact presentation content for use by sales teams across national events programmes.Management and execution of integrated programmes encompassing compelling media, communications, and event activities to support immediate commercial opportunities and foster longer‑term franchise development.Utilisation of the marketing mix for maximum impact and cut through to include, where appropriate, advertising, email (including hands‑on build through Marketo), web / webcasts, LinkedIn, content placement and product collateral.Contribute to the evolution of contact strategies which reflect key client segments within marketing programmes, ensuring alignment to sales activity.Utilise suitable evaluation and measurement metrics to effectively optimise programmes.Manage programme briefing processes and ensure effective oversight of external agency resource.QualificationsWe seek a candidate who can demonstrate strong technical expertise in marketing investment products, encompassing audience segmentation, media planning, creative development, copywriting, agency management, and performance measurement.With a passion for both communication and investment markets, you will possess the ability to understand diverse information and distil it into key messages, effective client content, and successful campaigns. You are resilient, capable of managing and prioritising multiple objectives and demands on your time. Confident in working with colleagues at all levels within our organisation and our agency partners, you will have the ability to influence others and develop supportive, productive working relationships. Process‑oriented and equipped with an analytical and enquiring mind, you will support evidence‑based marketing and advance best practices. You can blend strategic 'big picture' thinking with practical, detailed 'hands‑on' application. Consequently, you set high standards for yourself, have an eye for detail, take pride in your work, possess a strong work ethic, and consistently strive to deliver the best client experience possible.Experienced financial services marketer with extensive knowledge of products and distributors, alongside marketing expertise, capable of effectively engaging across all our core business lines, including fixed income, equity, and multi‑asset solutions among others.Proven experience in developing briefs and propositions, particularly for digital channels utilised in business‑to‑business communications.Ability to collaborate with investment and sales teams, understand client needs and deliver high‑quality marketing programmes in a timely manner.Analytical and process‑oriented mindset to support evidence‑based marketing and advance best practices.Familiarity with Adobe Analytics and Marketo platforms would be beneficial.IMC or similar professional qualification is preferred.Energy, enthusiasm, and resilience under pressure.Understanding of the UK regulatory framework and its impact on Fidelity, clients, and marketing functions.For starters, we'll offer you a comprehensive benefits package.
