Bristol (1-2 days hybrid working)

MKJ Ignite are delighted to be exclusively working with a FMCG challenger brand, which are on an exciting journey. They are a wonderful mission led business with a fantastic vision to make people feel happier and healthier!

This role is a brand-new hire to the business; you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day performance of their Shopify website and associated eCommerce platforms including TikTok Shop. You will be responsible for enhancing the online customer journey through CRO amends, platform integrations and technical troubleshooting. You will also help to manage the Amazon and Paid Media Agency. You will report into the MD and work cross functional with Marketing & Operations to deliver an exceptional online experience for their customers and rapidly grow their eCommerce sales channel from a solid baseline.

What skills do you need to have to be considered?

️ Candidates MUST have strong DTC eCommerce experience, ideally on Shopify.

️ Technical eCommerce knowledge including tech stack

️ You will be an AMAZING coordinator, working cross functionally for the good of the business.

️ Ambitious, commercially savvy, creative thinker and excited by growth
