Senior Networks Lawyer – Leading Telecoms Client

Our client, a major player in the telecommunications sector, is seeking a Senior Networks Lawyer with deep industry knowledge and commercial insight to join their high-calibre legal team. We are partnering with this market leader to secure top legal talent with a track record in complex network and infrastructure matters.

The Role

You will be a senior legal advisor on a range of issues relating to network infrastructure, access, spectrum, and complex network contracts. This is a high-impact, strategic role where you will work closely with business stakeholders, engineers, and external regulators to navigate the evolving telecoms landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on complex network infrastructure agreements, spectrum licensing, and wholesale access arrangements.
• Provide legal input on telecoms regulations, compliance, and high value and complex commercial contracts.
• Lead negotiations with suppliers, partners, and regulators.
• Support strategic initiatives including 5G rollout, fibre deployment, and cross-border infrastructure projects.
• Manage external counsel and contribute to internal legal policies.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified lawyer with 8+ years’ PQE, ideally from a top law firm and/or in-house telecoms company.
• Proven expertise in telecoms regulation, network agreements, and infrastructure projects.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence at senior levels.
• Experience in advising on spectrum, fibre, or mobile networks is essential.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
