Senior Legal Counsel – Construction Lawyer - Data Sector – London

They are seeking a dynamic and experienced non contentious construction lawyer to join their team as Senior Legal Counsel. This is a very exciting time to join this business space. You may be in house or in private practice at the moment looking to move into industry to improve your work life balance and to make a real difference to the future.

You will have at least 5 years’ non contentious construction law experience gained in private practice with a respected firm and/or in house preferably, but not essentially, within the data center sector. Experience in negotiating contracts including service and supplier contracts, JCT contracts, insurance and the supply chain contracts and risk assessments. This is such an exciting time to be involved in this growing business in this dynamic sector. The legal team is small and you will have your own case load, autonomy in your work and the opportunity to gain real hands on experience with the clients and suppliers the business works with.
