My client is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Interior Designer to support the delivery of high-profile hospitality projects across the UK.

You will play a key role in leading projects, guiding teams, and delivering exceptional hospitality environments from concept through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and deliver large-scale hospitality refurbishment projects from concept to on-site completion Take ownership of project direction, ensuring design integrity, quality, and commercial success Manage and mentor a team of designers, fostering growth and creative excellence Collaborate with senior leadership to help shape design strategy and studio direction Oversee the development and coordination of concept design and detailed drawing packages Interpret briefs into compelling, practical, and deliverable design solutions Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, consultants, and partners Ensure alignment with brand standards while pushing creative boundaries Monitor project timelines, progress, and performance to ensure successful delivery Contribute to a positive, collaborative studio culture About You
