My client is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Interior Designer to support the delivery of high-profile hospitality projects across the UK.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, creative studio environment where collaboration, innovation, and design excellence are at the core of everything we do. You will play a key role in leading projects, guiding teams, and delivering exceptional hospitality environments from concept through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and deliver large-scale hospitality refurbishment projects from concept to on-site completion
Take ownership of project direction, ensuring design integrity, quality, and commercial success
Manage and mentor a team of designers, fostering growth and creative excellence
Collaborate with senior leadership to help shape design strategy and studio direction
Oversee the development and coordination of concept design and detailed drawing packages
Interpret briefs into compelling, practical, and deliverable design solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, consultants, and partners
Ensure alignment with brand standards while pushing creative boundaries
Monitor project timelines, progress, and performance to ensure successful delivery
Contribute to a positive, collaborative studio culture

Commercially aware, with a strong understanding of delivering value through design
Passionate about hospitality design and creating exceptional user experiences
A strong communicator and natural collaborator
Proactive, organised, and solution-focused
Able to lead projects and teams effectively in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with a commitment to high design standards
Experience & Skills

57+ years' experience in commercial interior design
Proven experience leading projects through all project stages (e.g. RIBA or equivalent
Experience attending site, coordinating with contractors, and overseeing construction phases
Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor design teams
Advanced skills in producing and coordinating detailed drawing packages
Strong understanding of hospitality or branded environments
Experience delivering concept-led, bespoke design solutions
Comfortable working closely with senior leadership and contributing to business growth

Additional Requirements

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites
Full right to work in the UK (no sponsorship provided)
