Job Type: Full-time, permanent role – 40 hours per week. 9-hour shifts (including a 1-hour break) worked on a 5-days-on, 2-days-off rota, Monday to Sunday, depending on operational needs.

ROLE PURPOSE
The Senior Housekeeper plays a vital role in creating a welcoming, comfortable, and impeccably maintained environment across the development. By delivering exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service, this role helps ensure that homeowners, guests, and visitors enjoy a consistently positive experience.
This is a hands-on position with supervisory responsibility, combining practical housekeeping duties with team coordination. The Senior Housekeeper supports the housekeeping team in maintaining high service standards, ensuring safety compliance, and promoting efficient day-to-day operations.
The role reports directly to the Front of House Manager and contributes significantly to the overall resident and guest experience.
