Senior Housekeeper

As a Senior Housekeeper, you will support the smooth operational running of the housekeeping department, ensuring the highest standards are maintained across all guest rooms and public areas. Working closely with the Executive Housekeeper and Head Housekeeper, you will supervise daily operations, guide the team and ensure every space reflects the comfort, quality and attention to detail that define the Nobu experience.
You will Support the leadership and day to day operation of the housekeeping department
Deputise for the Head Housekeeper or Housekeeping Coordinator when required
Supervise the housekeeping team across all floors to ensure efficiency and high standards
Ensure all team members and agency staff are briefed effectively at the start of each shift
Monitor service standards across guest rooms and public areas to maintain exceptional presentation
Support recruitment, training and development of housekeeping colleagues
Foster a positive and supportive team culture that encourages progression and retention
Assist with managing inventories including linen, uniforms and housekeeping assets
Monitor departmental procedures and systems to improve productivity and efficiency
Respond to guest feedback and internal audits, supporting action plans to maintain service excellence
Report maintenance issues promptly and ensure they are addressed through the correct channels
Support labour planning and scheduling to ensure staffing levels align with hotel occupancy
Maintain strong communication with other departments across the hotel
Ensure all health, safety and statutory standards are maintained
Assist with the development and implementation of housekeeping procedures and standards
Act as an ambassador for Nobu, embodying our values of Family, Crafted, Smile and Kokoro
What Were Looking For You bring experience within a housekeeping supervisory or senior role in a luxury hotel environment. Organised, detail focused and approachable, you are confident leading teams and maintaining high operational standards. With strong communication and coaching skills, you enjoy developing colleagues and ensuring every guest enjoys a comfortable and memorable stay.
