Interviewing immediately About You: Qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA accountant with proven hands-on experience Deep understanding of IFRS, taxation legislation, and financial management Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex requirements into clear reports Proven leadership experience managing teams, budgets, and system improvements Results-driven with excellent organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines Commercial mindset with strategic insight and a proactive approach What You'll Do: Lead the production of management accounts, KPIs, and financial commentary with accuracy and timeliness Drive budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning Oversee audit processes and statutory accounts preparation Manage grant reporting, internal stakeholders, and external bodies Manage transactional finance functions and treasury activities, including payroll Develop and refine financial policies, procedures, and ERP systems to optimise efficiency Mentor team members and foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration Build strong relationships across departments to support sustainable growth For further information on this role, apply via the link or contact Dan Morgan for a confidential chat today.
