As Senior Estimator would be joining a main contractor that delivers a good range of projects, within commercial, residential, industrial and education. Giving some diverse project bids and opportunity for various types of project estimates. Schemes range from £1million to around up to £19 million with larger scope on the horizon.

What you will be doing

You will be joining an established preconstruction team, of estimators. Bid managers and business development members that can work collaboratively to win projects, which as a business they are doing consistently with places on several large frameworks.

Price projects within a variety of all four sectors, bring expert knowledge and expertise to the best value engineering, identify commercial risks early, prepare bills of quantity, cost plans and feasibility. Adding to a business you can be part of growing with.

The Opportunity

It will be collaborative position that would open future opportunity and growth to pre-construction leadership as the business further develops.

Working in the Chorley region they have clients and collaborations locally within the northwest, with a strong pipeline in the region.
