About the opportunity: As an Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for our residential developments, from land appraisal through to construction and handover. You’ll play a vital role in shaping the financial success of each project. Key Responsibilities * Prepare detailed cost estimates for new and existing residential developments * Conduct feasibility assessments and cost planning for land acquisitions * Collaborate with design, planning, and construction teams to develop accurate budgets * Identify cost risks and provide value engineering solutions * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of materials, labor, and market trends * Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain accurate pricing About the benefits and rewards: The salary will be dependent on the level of exposure to the residential industry.
