Role - Senior Estimator

Company - An established tier one building contractor with a network of regional offices and a head office in Central London. Their group wide turnover is in excess of £1bn.

Projects: As a business they have the capability to deliver schemes ranging in value from £5m to £250m. They operate across a diverse portfolio of sectors including commercial offices, residential developments, leisure facilities, hotels, education, data centres, industrial developments and healthcare. Schemes include new build and complex, structural refurbishments

Responsibilities: You would be based from their Central London head office and would report into the Estimating Director. You can expect to be working on projects ranging in value from £40m to £120m. Most of these schemes will fall into the commercial office sector.

As a Senior Estimator you will be responsible for predicting project costs, analyzing data, and preparing detailed estimates for two to three projects concurrently. ...
