They are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Estimator to join the Pre-Construction team. Youll play a pivotal role in preparing highly accurate and competitive cost estimates to support high-end fit-out and refurbishment projects, ensuring alignment with high standards for quality, safety, and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities Lead and prepare comprehensive cost estimates, pre-tender budgets, and tender returns for commercial office fit-out and refurbishment projects.
Interpret architectural, structural, and M&E drawingsincluding both Cat A and Cat B projectsensuring full coverage of scopes, methodologies, logistics, and M&E installations.
Manage end-to-end estimating workflows: from tender review, material take-offs, subcontractor pricing, to final commercial submission.
Conduct bid strategy sessions in conjunction with Pre-Construction colleagues, Technical Services, Commercial Management, and Directors.
