Job Title: Senior Estimator Location: London Salary: £70,000 - £85,000 + package (depending on experience) Contract: Permanent Sector: Water Infrastructure / Non-Infrastructure About the Opportunity We’re working with a Tier 1 contractor bidding on a £1bn national water framework, covering both infrastructure and non-infrastructure works on water treatment schemes. As Senior Estimator, you’ll be pricing complex civils and MEICA (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control and Automation) projects, including: Water and wastewater treatment upgrades New process plant installations Civils asset refurbishment and pumping station upgrades Emergency reactive works following storm events This is a long-term framework with a secure pipeline, giving you the chance to price a wide variety of schemes with real environmental impact.
