The Role As a Senior Engagement Manager, you’ll take end-to-end ownership of complex client programmes and be a strategic sparring partner to senior executives. You will lead workstreams across strategy, operating model design, and transformation management while guiding a high-performing team and shaping how our firm delivers value. This is an opportunity to move beyond the slide deck: influence outcomes, implement change, and shape the next chapter of a growing firm. You'll be based in London and work in the office 3 days a week.
