About the Role

We are looking to recruit a talented Employment Tax Senior Manager to join our growing tax team. You can work in our new Birmingham office or in our established and fast‑growing Bristol office.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, from entrepreneurial owner‑managed businesses to expanding corporates, delivering challenging tax advisory projects and developing junior team members.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a wide range of Employment Tax advisory projects, including benefit and reward packages, international employments, NMW and CIS enquiries
  • Advise businesses on employment tax issues on acquisitions or sales of businesses including signing off employment tax due diligence reports
  • Develop and coach trainees
  • Contribute to business development activities locally and across the firm

You will also have the opportunity to participate in business strategy and contribute to the development of our employment tax services.

Qualifications

  • Appropriately qualified with experience working within an employment tax environment
  • Experience in advising on international employments is desirable
  • Experience of CIS is not essential
  • Excellent communicator who can build strong relationships with clients
  • Great growth coach who enjoys developing and coaching their teams
  • Keen to contribute towards the overall success and growth of Bishop Fleming
