Senior Delegate Sales Executive

up to £35k (OTE £55K in year 1) commission uncapped

Location: London (Hybrid)

Level: Early Career 12-18 months experience in delegate sales essential



About the Role

Our client is looking for an energetic, ambitious Delegate Sales Executive to join their high-performing sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to drive attendance for industry-leading conferences by engaging senior-level executives from global organisations.

The role is ideal for someone who is motivated by targets, enjoys building relationships, and wants to grow quickly within a commercial environment. Full training, ongoing coaching, and a clear progression pathway are provided.



Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and outreach through to pitching and closing.
  • Conduct outbound calls to engage new prospects and re-engage past contacts.
  • Develop a strong network of decision-makers across a range of industries.
  • Achieve monthly revenue targets and contribute to the success of major events.
  • Attend international conferences to meet clients face-to-face and support onsite delivery.
