The role


This position sits at the heart of a well-established events portfolio, working on large-scale international conferences attracting thousands of senior attendees and significant commercial investment.

This is a high-impact production role responsible for shaping market-leading agendas, recruiting senior industry speakers, and delivering world-class conference experiences for large international audiences.

The role offers significant autonomy and responsibility within a fast-paced, collaborative environment where producers play a central role in driving the success and growth of major global events.

This is a hands-on senior production role, suited to someone who thrives on ownership, pace and influence within a high-performing events organisation.


The Person


We are looking for an experienced conference producer who is already operating at Senior Conference Producer level within a commercial events business:

  • Proven experience producing large-scale international conferences
  • Experience working on events generating multi-million-pound revenues
  • Track record of delivering conferences with thousands of attendees
  • Strong experience in agenda development and high-volume speaker recruitment
  • Ability to conduct meaningful market research and shape compelling content programmes
  • Confidence engaging with senior executives and industry leaders
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of how conferences drive revenue
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills
  • Experience working within fast-paced, high-growth events environments
