A global events organisation is seeking a Senior Conference Producer to join its Research & Development team, focused on identifying emerging industry themes and building high-growth conference products.

This role is ideal for a commercially minded producer who enjoys creating compelling content, growing event audiences, and launching new conference topics.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality conference agendas that attract senior industry audiences
• Own growth strategies for assigned events, including attendance, pricing, and audience quality
• Identify and test new event topics and opportunities for portfolio expansion
• Recruit high-profile speakers and moderators
• Write compelling website and marketing copy
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to deliver successful events
• Run events onsite and continuously improve the delegate experience

Requirements

• 3+ years’ conference production experience
• Demonstrated success in growing event attendance, revenue, or audience quality
• Strong commercial mindset and analytical approach
• Interest in emerging technology and industry trends
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive and solutions-driven approach
