The RoleYou will handle a broad range of non-contentious commercial property matters, managing your own caseload while also working closely with partners on larger and more complex transactions.The role will involve:Advising on acquisitions, disposals and general commercial property mattersSupporting corporate transactions and finance matters with the wider corporate teamSupervising and mentoring junior lawyersDeveloping strong client relationships and taking an active role in client deliveryThe team works with a broad mix of clients including:Universities and higher education institutionsHealthcare providers and NHS bodiesGovernment and public sector organisationsYou will also work closely with colleagues across construction, planning, tax, disputes and environmental teams on multi-disciplinary projects.The TeamThe national real estate practice consists of 100+ lawyers and is recognised as one of the strongest teams in the UK.
