Salary: £100,000 – £120,000 + benefits

A leading UK investment services firm is hiring a Senior Relationship Manager to take ownership of key institutional client relationships and drive long-term commercial growth.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building trusted partnerships, engaging senior stakeholders, and adding real value beyond day-to-day service delivery.

What you’ll be doing

• Owning and developing senior institutional client relationships
• Acting as a trusted partner to clients, aligning service, strategy, and commercial objectives
• Driving revenue growth through deeper engagement and cross-service opportunities
• Leading regular service and commercial reviews, ensuring high client satisfaction
• Acting as a senior escalation point while ensuring strong regulatory and Consumer Duty outcomes
• Working closely with Product, Business Development, Risk, and Compliance teams

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years’ experience in institutional client or relationship management within Investment, Wealth, or wider Financial Services
• Strong commercial instincts with a client-first mindset
• Confidence engaging senior client stakeholders
• Solid understanding of regulatory expectations and risk management
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
