What you’ll be doing Owning and developing senior institutional client relationships Acting as a trusted partner to clients, aligning service, strategy, and commercial objectives Driving revenue growth through deeper engagement and cross-service opportunities Leading regular service and commercial reviews, ensuring high client satisfaction Acting as a senior escalation point while ensuring strong regulatory and Consumer Duty outcomes Working closely with Product, Business Development, Risk, and Compliance teams
